Sangjun Lee / President
With a distinguished career spanning both South Korea and the United States, our President brings decades of leadership and expertise in construction and architectural design.
Beginning as an Architectural Engineer and Designer at Byuck San Development Construction Corp. in South Korea, he advanced to serve as Construction Project Manager at Bethel Construction Corp. and Cityrun Development Corp. in the U.S.A.
After multiple successful project leadership roles, he founded Nextcom Construction, Inc. (주) 누리건설, where he continues to serve as President. Demonstrating a commitment to innovation and design excellence, he also partnered with SD90 Design in South Korea and established an in-house SD90 Design Team within Nextcom Construction.
His global experience and visionary leadership drive the company’s continued growth and success.
