This ground-up construction project in Brooklyn features a mixed-use building with commercial space at the ground level and residential units above. The façade is clad in black metal panels delivering a contemporary aesthetic that ties together the retail and residential components.

As the general contractor we managed the entire construction process including structural framing, MEP systems, storefront installation and interior fit-out for both commercial and residential areas. The ground floor retail space was delivered as a white-box condition with finished flooring, lighting and HVAC systems in place ready for tenant buildout.

Residential units were completed with full kitchen and bath installations, finished flooring and lighting packages. Our team ensured close coordination among trades to meet the project’s aggressive schedule while maintaining quality and code compliance throughout.
