NEXTCOM focused on the technical execution of a sophisticated hospitality environment, balancing intimate dining areas with high-traffic functional zones to ensure both luxury and operational durability.

The interior’s hallmark is the precise installation of dark wood slatted partitions and custom-integrated cabinetry, which required exact craftsmanship to achieve a seamless, high-end finish. Our team spearheaded the intricate lighting coordination, integrating oversized statement chandeliers with subtle accent lighting to create a warm, immersive atmosphere. From the structural build-out of the custom bar area to the meticulous MEP coordination required for a premium wine service, every phase was carefully managed by NEXTCOM to deliver a refined and high-performance commercial space.
