This project involved the comprehensive construction management of the L'Oreal Research & Innovation center located in Clark, NJ. The design focuses on creating a cutting-edge professional environment that reflects the brand's commitment to scientific excellence and sustainability, featuring an open-concept layout that fosters creativity and cross-functional collaboration.

 The interior is characterized by a harmonious blend of industrial raw elements and organic textures, such as expansive moss walls and natural wood finishes, complemented by statement architectural lighting. The scope of work included the execution of custom curved reception desks, specialized research zones, and integrated social hubs, alongside complex MEP coordination to support the facility's advanced technical requirements. Every detail was meticulously managed to ensure a seamless integration of nature and technology, providing a bright, inspiring atmosphere that aligns with L'Oreal’s forward-thinking corporate identity.
