This project involved the complete interior renovation and strategic relocation of a premier tuxedo shop from the ground floor to the top floor of the same building at 1270 Broadway. The new 2,640 SF space was designed to enhance the brand’s premium identity, featuring a central circular fabric display and organized fitting zones that optimize both customer experience and operational workflow.

The design emphasizes a refined and sophisticated aesthetic, utilizing a neutral color palette and clean architectural lines to ensure the merchandise remains the focal point. The scope of work included the installation of custom millwork, high-end flooring, and specialized track lighting, along with seamless MEP coordination to support the new layout. By incorporating sleek glass partitions and open-concept displays, we successfully transformed the upper-floor unit into a cohesive, well-organized retail environment that feels both spacious and exclusive.
