This project involved the comprehensive exterior and interior renovation of 1270 Broadway, a prominent multi-story building in Midtown Manhattan. To address critical safety concerns regarding the deteriorating brick façade, NEXTCOM led a full-scale replacement, substituting outdated materials with a modern, high-performance exterior design. This strategic upgrade not only ensured pedestrian safety by eliminating fall hazards but also significantly enhanced the building’s cost-efficiency and long-term durability.

 Simultaneously, NEXTCOM managed interior renovations across multiple floors, including specialized retail and office build-outs like the “My Suit” project. The scope required complex logistical coordination to execute high-rise exterior work in a dense urban corridor while maintaining active interior environments. Every phase was expertly managed by NEXTCOM to deliver a revitalized landmark that balances contemporary architectural aesthetics with stringent safety and operational standards.
