This project involved the comprehensive construction management and interior design of the Korean American Presbyterian Church of Queens, a 23,800 SF multi-purpose religious facility in Flushing, NY. NEXTCOM led the technical execution to transform the expansive space into a serene, highly functional environment that supports both worship and community gathering.
The interior scope prioritized open-concept spatial planning and the installation of advanced linear lighting systems to create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Our team managed the precise integration of glass partitions and custom millwork, ensuring a seamless balance between private office areas and grand public halls. The project required complex MEP coordination to support the facility's high-occupancy needs while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Every detail, from the structural build-out of the lobby to the selection of high-durability finishes, was expertly managed by NEXTCOM to deliver a peaceful yet resilient institutional space that serves the local community.
