 This project involved the comprehensive construction management of Ramen Takumi, a specialty dining space located in New York City. NEXTCOM spearheaded the technical execution to create a rustic industrial atmosphere, ensuring that the raw aesthetic elements were balanced with high-performance commercial kitchen requirements.

 The interior is characterized by the precise integration of reclaimed wood finishes and exposed brickwork, which required careful surface treatment and structural alignment to achieve a cohesive, high-end look. Our team managed the complex installation of industrial pendant lighting and custom-built counter units, optimizing the narrow space for both customer flow and operational efficiency. From the critical MEP coordination for specialized kitchen ventilation to the installation of unique decorative tile work in the service areas, every phase was carefully managed by NEXTCOM to deliver a durable and character-rich hospitality environment.
