This project involved the comprehensive construction management and interior design of the Hankook Tire America Headquarter, located in Wayne, NJ. The design focuses on creating a highly organized and professional corporate environment that efficiently accommodates a large-scale workforce while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic suitable for a global brand identity.

 The interior is characterized by a balanced mix of private executive suites and expansive open-office layouts, featuring a sophisticated palette of dark wood veneers and neutral finishes. The scope of work included the execution of high-end boardrooms, structured workstation configurations, and specialized storage solutions, alongside complex MEP coordination and exterior facade considerations. Every detail was carefully managed to ensure a seamless workflow and professional atmosphere, integrating advanced technology and ergonomic design to support the long-term operational needs of the headquarters.
