This project involved a high-complexity supermarket expansion and interior renovation of Super Fresh, a 13,561 SF retail space in Brooklyn, NY. NEXTCOM spearheaded the technical challenge of acquiring and connecting an adjacent building, resolving critical structural discrepancies such as mismatched floor heights and uneven ceiling levels between the two separate structures.

 The scope of work focused on extensive structural modifications and envelope integration to ensure a seamless transition and long-term architectural stability. NEXTCOM managed the precise leveling of floors and the synchronization of overhead systems, alongside complex MEP coordination to support the expanded facility's high-capacity refrigeration and operational needs. Every phase was meticulously managed to transform disjointed buildings into a unified, bright, and open-concept marketplace, delivering a high-performance environment with optimized customer circulation.
