As the general contractor, we were responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process—from demolition to final finishes—while ensuring compliance with city codes and project deadlines. The scope included electrical and plumbing upgrades, millwork installation, painting, lighting coordination, and working closely with the client and design team to deliver a clean and modern nail salon. Despite working within a limited footprint, the project was completed efficiently and met all quality expectations, resulting in a refreshed and welcoming space for customers.
