This project involved the interior renovation of Heuk Hwa Dang, a 6,018 SF multi-level café located in New York. The design executed a sophisticated concept centered on a refined grey-tone palette, utilizing a mix of industrial materials and clean architectural lines to create a spacious and contemporary environment.

The scope of work focused on the seamless integration of vibrant digital lighting features and decorative screens, which provide energy and visual contrast to the muted color scheme. We managed the installation of flexible seating arrangements, including unique stadium-style concrete seating and modular lounge units, to maximize both customer comfort and social interaction. Detailed MEP coordination was required to incorporate exposed red piping and sleek linear lighting into the open-ceiling design, resulting in a balanced and engaging atmosphere that perfectly aligns with the client’s creative vision.
