NEXTCOM led both the Interior Design and Construction Management for 'A Rhee Su,' a sprawling 12,500 SF premium restaurant located in Flushing, NY. This large-scale project required a strategic approach to spatial planning, balancing grand communal dining areas with intimate, private experiences.

 The design showcases a masterful fusion of traditional Oriental motifs and contemporary luxury. Key features include elaborate bamboo-inspired wall art installations, custom-integrated lighting, and a meticulously crafted expansive sushi bar. NEXTCOM’s involvement from the conceptual design phase allowed for the seamless integration of high-capacity mechanical systems and optimized kitchen workflows.
